Shipping and Packaging.
Currently shipping is $8 flat rate. I refund anything over $1 and if your order requires more than one box, you will be charged a second flat rate for the second box, I will refund everything above and beyond actual shipping

If you choose “Local Pick Up” But aren't local I will send a shipping invoice to the email on your order and will not ship your order until that invoice is paid.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct as I will send a shipping invoice to re-ship in the invent the order is returned to me

I print the shipping labels off the day before everything is shipped and send tracking right away.
I will recycle packaging material whenever possible, so please know if I've received a box that I can re-use, I will, if I can't, I will cut it up and use it in my packaging. I will re-use post office boxes and any box available to me.

Store Policies.
Cure time is optional. I use born on dates vs. Pour dates and you can choose how long to cure the wax. I recommend a week but have found that things will smell great the day after.

We also are a Pet Friendly home. They have hair, I have hair. I try as hard as I can to keep hair out of the wax, but it does sometimes happen where I miss it. Please understand and if your offended by hair, allergic to any type of pets or don't want to risk it please re-think your order. Bath and Body orders are made different and completely separate.

All ounces are listed as approximately as they could be slightly over or under the weight listed. Each scale is different, and the weights are based on how my own scale weighs.

Since throw is subjective, if you receive something that has no scent, please let us know and we will see what we can do to make you whole! I won't sell anything that I wouldn't use myself and I do use my own products often, both for testing and enjoyment!

RETURNS
We hope you never want or need to return a purchase but if you have no choice here are a few tips to help make sure your return is processed smoothly:

We do not accept returns on wax melts. There are plenty of de-stash sites you can list and sell any wax melt that you don't care for.

Candles, if you have any burning issues with your candle. Please reach out with a picture of the issue along with the label. I will refund or replace candles within 1 year of purchase.
